►Automotive and Equipment Fleet Manager
The Group Vehicle Fleet Manager supervises and controls the maintenance of a fleet of vehicles and monitors a fleet of business vehicles. It guarantees vehicle safety and fleet profitability.
Missions :
- Vehicle management:
- Administrative management of vehicles
- Claims and accident management
- Optimize the vehicle fleet in terms of costs and performance
- Supervise vehicle maintenance, inspections, repairs and acceptance tests
- Facing requests for vehicles
- Control the geolocation of service vehicles.
Equipment fleet : - Hardware I/O management via software.
- Receive, store and prepare materials in appropriate areas.
- Liaise with suppliers/employees as required.
- Oversee equipment upkeep and maintenance.
- Validate equipment adaptations required to suit site configurations.
Skills required:
- You have good customer relations skills and are recognized for your administrative management abilities.
- Knowledge of the automotive industry.
- You master the basics of the Office package: Word, Excel, etc.
- You have a manual driving license.
- Excellent writing skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organized and rigorous.
Desirable qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar position.
- Full time, permanent contract
