Within the NA Group, training is a strong commitment to safety, operational excellence and the transmission of technical skills.
It is embodied in two complementary structures: NFHC and NFMP, each an expert in its own field.

NFHC – Nord Formations Hauteur Confinés

Based in Avelin (59), NFHC is the NA Group’s specialized training center for work at height, confined spaces and complex environments.
Equipped with modern facilities, mobile units and a team of experienced instructors, NFHC trains hundreds of professionals every year to meet the most stringent safety requirements.

NFHC training courses:

  • Rope access
  • Confined spaces
  • Wearing a harness
  • SST (Sauveteur Secouriste du Travail – First aid at work)
  • CACES® (aerial work platforms)
  • SCBA (Self-Contained Breathing Apparatus)
  • Gestures and postures
  • Use of extinguishers

On-site or in-center interventions, anywhere in France.
Regulatory certifications and customized training.

NFMP – Nord Formations Métiers Patrimoine

Based at Saint-Édouard de Lens, this training center focuses on building heritage trades and traditional know-how.
NFMP provides training in essential technical skills, while adapting them to the realities of the field, in contexts that are sometimes highly constrained (height, complex access, weather, safety).
